Room clean. Staff friendly. Everything was exceptional. Except. I traveled with my grandkids and I booked because there’s a pool. But...not usable 😥 We had to drive to the sister property and use theirs. Vacas are about convenience. This was inconvenient and the weather was horrible. My grandkids has to transport back and forth in swimsuits wet in awful weather. Other than that, exceptional. Maybe mention this in the website when ppl book so they know it’s not usable.

Breakfast was missing a couple of things like lactose free milk and a 3rd ingredient for the hot breakfast. It was just sausage and eggs. Maybe add hashbrowns or diced and seasoned potatoes and maybe some scrambled eggs with onions and bell peppers for variety???

Stayed here at the recommendation of a coworker. It's a very nice, clean hotel. It is right next to the Toyota center would be nice if you are going to an event there. It is about half a mile from the mall and restaurants. Staff was very nice and professional.
